Rahu Transits Sagitarius

There are two planets (Saturn & Jupiter) and nodes (Rahu & Ketu) the transit of which lasts for one year or more, affecting human life greatly. Rahu, the dragon head, the most treacherous of these enters Sagittarius on 3^rd Nvember 2009 until 3^rd May 2011, bringing about the change in fortunes of one and all.

Human affairs are influenced by the planets at two levels; firstly at the natal chart level (dasa and bhukti periods) and secondly the transit level, the latter operating under the ambit of the natal chart.             The above results are basically governed by the dasa bhukti results causing its enhancement or reduction accordingly.  Generally, during the Shukla Paksha Moon (Waxing Moon) the favourable results are enhanced; and during the Krishna Paksha Moon (Waning Moon), the adverse results are weakened.
